Before you begin your trip
Before you start your trip, it is good to talk to your pediatrician. If a vaccine is pending or you have to do it while you’re away, talk to him about alternatives.
Check with him that there may be communication between you and you at any time in an emergency.
Find out about the Health Center or the closest clinic on the destination you are going to visit and note the contact phones.
Be sure to have a small pharmacy with you, which will not be missing: paracetamol thermometer, suppository and paracetamol syrup for children, disposable antiseptic and disinfectant wipes, antihistamine cream and syrup, soothing calendula cream and sunscreen (surely if you go to snow) a cream suitable for bruises and puffs and suppositories for vomiting.
